• Analyze failure trends to highlight/monitor repetitive failures,
• Support the production team in resolving troublesome/difficult fault investigations as required,
• Provide system data and investigations as required in supporting central engineering activities,
• Support follow-up of actions from Engineering Technical Issues meetings,
• Produce supporting reports to formalize Maintenance Plan optimization,
• Initiate, control and monitor modifications and special checks including operative documentation
• Coordinate and monitor on-going System Changes/Upgrades, including follow-up of design review process and change management process (including CIMP/ACCA),
• Propose Innovations for continuous improvements and produce Proof of Concept to support insertion of new technology,
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation in the form of specifications, test procedures, modification instructions, maintenance and safety instructions and technical reports,
• Production of the necessary Safety and Reliability and maintenance documentation update as needed, including documentation supplied by suppliers, integrated or not as appropriate,
• Preparation of technical specifications and program requirements for subcontract equipment suppliers, including the preparation of reliability apportionments, data analysis and calculations.
• Other job duties as assigned.
