Could you be the full-time onsite ATS T&C Manager in Qatar we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and troubleshooting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the ATS T&C team on site during critical activities and provide pivotal technical support. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including local partners or subcontractors, other Alstom product line T&C representatives, and various ATS Engineering Teams), organize relevant test platforms and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Preparing and ensuring the preparation of all tests procedures necessary to perform the ATS tests,
- Troubleshooting ATS technical issues during T&C phase,
- Ensuring local support to factory for debugging and fine-tuning activities,
- Organizing relevant tests platforms (simulators, measurement tools),
- Leading all on site activities of the test and commissioning for the ATS Sub System,
- Interfacing with other T&C teams from other contractors or Alstom product lines,
- Interfacing with all other sub-systems,
- Ensuring the quality management of these activities (conf management of input document, and of HW and SW installed on site, anomaly management in close relation with factory, test coverage to ensure no tests forgotten),
- Ensuring that all tests are performed with calibrated tests tools,
- Ensuring that safety conditions are always gathered for tests to be carried out and permanently brief his team on the importance of this matter

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field,
- Experience or understanding of signalling systems and their principles,
- Knowledge of Alstom ATS sub-systems, particularly ICONIS,
- Familiarity with Verification & Validation (V&V) processes and site experience,
- Excellent team player with strong organizational skills,
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues during Test & Commissioning (T&C) phases,
- Ability to provide technical support and training to teams and customers,
- Strong communication skills to effectively interface with various teams and stakeholders,
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment,
- Commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards in all T&C activities
