Could you be the full-time onsite ATS T&C and Warranty Engineer in Doha, Qatar  we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive railway and signaling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the ATS T&C tasks on site during critical activities and provide essential technical support to the maintainer and customer during the warranty/post-deployment phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, V&V, Maintenance), ensure the effective execution of testing procedures and documentation, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing and executing testing activities according to the testing procedure/documentation and following the T&C Manager's instructions,

  • Ensuring the redaction and issuance of all test reports necessary to perform the ATS tests,

  • Ensuring defects identification and correction (troubleshooting),

  • Making a return experience (REX) towards the project in the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, and ensuring all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context,

  • Performing the ATS signalling baseline deployment,

  • Leading the ATS warranty during the post baseline delivery phase,

  • Ensuring follow-up of detected issues and delivering the commissioning reports,

  • Supporting the V&V team and performing tests in the lab as per request,

  • Delivering the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards, and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering,

  • Experience or understanding of railway and signaling systems,

  • Knowledge of Alstom ATS Engineering, V&V, T&C, or Maintenance,

  • Familiarity with deploying ATS U400 baselines,

  • A certification in engineering or a related field, or strong communication skills,

  • Ability to troubleshoot Alstom ICONIS ATS sub-systems,

  • Analytical thinking for solving complex system failures,

  • Customer-oriented with a focus on achieving results,

  • Proficiency in using new technologies and tools,

  • A collaborative team spirit,

  • Organizational skills and reactivity in dynamic environments,

  • Persuasive and resilient with a strong commitment to quality,

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
