More Than a Job: A Mission
The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Supply Chain Leads delivering materials and parts to support the maintenance and operation of rail vehicles across multiple projects. - Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to build organisational capability and resilience.
- You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Experience in supply chain operations, in a leadership role.

- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.
How Success Is Measured
- On-time delivery of projects and achievement of strategic supply chain goals.
- Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Reduction in defects, improved efficiency, and proactive troubleshooting of supply chain issues.
Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

- Make a global impact from our Derby office, connecting communities and shaping the future of transport.
- Advance your career through continuous learning, leadership development, and exposure to international best practices.

- Option to enjoy a brand new electric or hybrid vehicle with our salary sacrifice scheme
