Your future role

 

As the Program Manager, you will coordinate all program activities across your portfolio, ensuring smooth collaboration among stakeholders from development through project execution. You will be responsible for program management and governance, driving alignment on objectives, monitoring progress, and implementing decisions that keep the program on track.

We’ll look to you to:

 

Be accountable for the program Execution and Financial performance (R&D/Sustaining Expenses):

  • Deploy program execution (Target Cost approach and Cost Management, PXO*, Functional organisation, Monitoring) in line with Product Range Management plan including objectives allocation to metiers (time, cost, quality)
  • Support the first applicative projects of the program - to ensure that the product/project governance is applicable and applied leading to a leaner Project execution.

*PXO - combined Project Design/Industrial Organisation

 

Be responsible for the program management and governance:

  • Manage Program Review Board (PRB) for the execution part (status, variance, key decision management) and lead to the PRB for Quality Cost Delivery Time (QCDT) management and risk of development activities.
  • Contribute to Platform/Site Reviews as far as the Programs concerned for Regular Report to RSC Platform
  • Implement decisions from internal governance of the product development with Product Chief Engineer, Manage “integration review”, scope change control board and major QCDT impact with Platform/Region project team
  • Make sure that key program stakeholders are aligned towards program goals.

 

Coordinate overall program activities of its portfolio and stakeholders from development to project execution:

  • Continuously monitor and manage program core team staffing, as well as Work Package (WP) resources which is led by the nominated WP owners.
  • Engage program teams in the successful achievement of program objectives, visual management and strengthen relationships among them Secure a Safe team environment and a balanced workload.

  • Proven experience as Program/Engineering manager in railway/automotive/aircraft or similar industry
  • Engineering background including project deployment experience
  • Cost, Design to Cost and planning control experience
  • Products and services knowledge
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
