  • Deputize for the PPM when required in Project Core Team, Procurement functional and Change Management meetings
  • Maintain the Project Procurement Schedule : ePMFU
  • Support Gate Review deliverables from Procurement
  • Track Material Cost Reduction through ASIP database and with Buying team
  • Track Supplier Contractual Deliverables
  • Monitor SAP Purchase Requisitions
  • Ordering of Spares and Special Tools
  • Collation of data for required reports to the Project end customer




  • Educated as a minimum to the level of Further Education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Project Management disciplines
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP  
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in collaboration and team working
  • Capability to influence continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of the UK Rail Industry would be an advantage
