Your future role

 

As a Development Continuous Improvement Manager , you will lead continuous improvement initiatives at a development (Dev) level, and drive site transformation towards a lean development organisation.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Define, deploy, and animate the local Dev continuous improvement roadmap at site level.
  • Define and animate the local transformation governance in alignment with site and global objectives.
  • Animate and sustain the local Lean Dev setup across Development teams.
    Serve as the Transformation and Alstom Performance System Leader
  • Drive local and global continuous improvement projects, including Black Belt and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives.
  • Contribute to Rolling Stock Lean Transformation activities, supporting transversalisation, standardisation, and best-practice sharing across sites and functions.

  • Strong experience in Lean Development, continuous improvement, and transformation environments.
  • Be capable of obtaining a Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt and applying structured improvement methodologies to complex Dev challenges.
  • Solid understanding of Dev and Quality interfaces and governance in a complex industrial environment.
  • Willingness to travel to visit other Alstom sites, suppliers and customers when required.
