As an RSC Bid Manager, you will be responsible to deliver an offer which meets the customer requirements whilst adhering to the guidelines of Alstom.

 

Your key responsibilities?

 

  • Leading the Task Oriented Bid Team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets, and scope to the required quality,
  • Ensuring that the bid is accurately documented internally with all the required detail and input
  • Being responsible to apply the Bid Management and Bid Approvals process
  • Structure and organise the task-oriented bid team and run the kick-off meetings to ensure the bid strategy is understood by all stakeholders
  • Ensures that adequate cross-function and cross-value chain entity interfaces are working, efficiently
  • Responsible for adequate communication with the other sub-teams and commercial / internal partners.
  • Develop contacts and relationships within the internal organization to facilitate on-time delivery and optimized quality of all deliverables of the task team.
  • Responsible for the preparation of governance documentation, with optimal quality and in a timely manner

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

  • 3-6 years of experience,
  • Working experience in one or more of: Project Management, Bids, Bid Controlling, Project Engineering or Operations
  • Experience in cross functional working
  • Deliver outputs to quality, time, and cost factors in a pressurised environment
  • Excel knowledge
  • Good technical understanding of complex technical systems and products,
  • Minimum 2 years of cross-border team management,
  • Experience in the field of railway, infrastructure, automotive or aerospace
