PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Manage the comprehensive development and implementation of Analytics projects with the objective of optimizing  Rolling Stock maintenance.
•  Direct the analytics projects from initial scope definition to final transfer by fostering close collaboration with various teams within the Analytics, Maintenance, Rolling Stock, and Project teams

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

• Assess business needs and objectives to inform the development of a project plan that meets customer requirements and aligns with the Business case.
• Facilitate the initiation of projects by leading the mobilization of the team and kick off projects.
• Supervise all operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Coordinate the execution of the plan by working closely with the team and other teams within Alstom, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, specifically in advanced maintenance analytics.
• Communicate results and findings to senior management and maintain regular communication with internal and external customers to keep them informed of progress and challenges.
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations of data to identify patterns and respond to unforeseen and significant events during service 
• Facilitate the validation by collaborating closely with the maintenance team and adhering to a clear process

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements 

• Graduated from Engineering School, Master of Science or equivalent   
• Project Management Experience (Desirable)

Experience: 

• Experience of Rolling Stock products/subsystems
• Experience of Railway Maintenance needs and operational constraints
• Business Analyst     
• Knowledgeable of legacy Alstom and legacy Bombardier products (Desirable)
