Could you be the full-time onsite Supply Chain Manager in Denver, CO, US we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring efficient parts scheduling, timely purchase parts deliveries, and streamlined logistic flows, making material available when needed in alignment with company cash objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including warehousing, logistic engineering, and transport teams), manage and optimize logistic flows to ensure alignment between physical and system flows, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring appropriate parts scheduling, purchase parts deliveries and logistic flows in order to make material available when needed, and according to company cash objectives,

  • Optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles,

  • Ensuring the inventory process is in compliance with Alstom standard rules (Delegation of Authority DOA, instruction),

  • Managing Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organization, World Class Manufacturing network,

  • Ensuring that Environment Health & Safety (EHS) rules are respected and promote EHS culture,

  • Implementing all standard processes & golden rules in compliance with the Logistic Handbook,

  • Ensuring alignment between physical and system flows: no physical movement without system update.


All about you

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial, or equivalent experience,

  • Experience or understanding of industrial fields and material management,

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles,

  • Good communication and negotiation skills,

  • Good risk management and problem-solving skills,

  • Leadership and initiative skills,

  • Knowledge of SAP (WM and IM modules) - desirable.

Base Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000
