Could you be the full-time onsite Project Product Introduction Manager in Denver, CO, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Denver project (APM - Automated People Mover) by managing schedules, manpower planning, and day-to-day site activities, ultimately driving reliability growth to achieve warranty closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Denver operations & maintenance, Product Introduction field engineers, Pittsburgh core team, rolling stock project manager, and technical teams), coordinate testing and commissioning activities, and oversee quality assurance workflows, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Acting as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating closely with Denver operations & maintenance, Product Introduction field engineers on-site, and the Product Introduction Support Manager in Pittsburgh,

Coordinating with the rolling stock project manager and other technical teams as needed (signaling upgrades, warranty work, options work),
-
Maintaining governance by populating and managing weekly reports, data analytics, and standard project templates,
-
Overseeing testing & commissioning activities, including coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking,
-
Managing quality assurance workflows, including logging non-conformances, driving corrective actions, and coordinating resolutions on-site,

Supporting manpower planning and working with HR/project managers on compensation/stipend considerations and potential domestic relocation needs,

Facilitating communication and periodic engagement with the APM leadership and Pittsburgh core team, including participation in interviews and meetings,

Representing the PI function within the Project Core Team and in front of the customer,

Supporting reliability growth to achieve warranty closure.

Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience),

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical/industrial project management (within the rail or similar transportation industry - automotive, aerospace, etc.),

Previous testing & commissioning experience - desired,

Knowledge of quality assurance processes, non-conformance reporting, and issue resolution coordination,

Familiarity with governance, weekly reporting, data tracking, and project/financial planning,

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
-
Ability to work onsite full-time at Denver Airport and pass airport background screening,

Resilience and problem-solving mindset to manage on-site challenges,

Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules (primarily daytime, with occasional need to work holidays, evenings, or nights as required).

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000
