Could you be the full-time on-site PI Field Engineer in Denver, CO, US we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge defining and delivering the Testing and Commissioning procedures, test reports, tools and facilities in accordance with customer acceptance criteria.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Clear and Exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.

  • Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots

  • Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle

  • Ensure that test results are recorded with integrity and issues/defects are  documented to the level detail in the Alstoms process and tools

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to complete the tetst campaign successfully and on time

  • Ensure delivery of a well tested and defect free car to the customers expectations of operational availability 

  • Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations

  • Continuously optimizing SOP’s.

  • Implement REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project.

  • Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team.

  • Support the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures.

  • Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices pointed out at group level.

  • Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System

  • Participates in EHS activities on shop floor.

  • Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent.

  • Scholarship dedicated in Railway industry, a plus.

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation

  • Fluent in English language 

  • Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices

  • Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
