Could you be the full-time onsite Operations & Maintenance Supervisor in Denver, CO, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive operations and maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and innovative teammates. You'll lead and manage the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities that keep our transport systems running smoothly. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Safety, Customer Service), coordinate recovery, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Manage and direct activities of technicians to ensure maintenance procedures are completed safely, timely, and effectively,

Make timely and responsible decisions regarding operational and personnel matters,
-
Directly support the development and implementation of safety policies and operational initiatives,
-
Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of recovery, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures,
-
Train, coach, and mentor all direct reports, providing feedback and counsel as needed,
-
Allocate resources efficiently to meet customer service issues and maintain service levels,
-
Conduct performance appraisals, employee development, and corrective actions

Degree in Business, or other general field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.,

Experience or understanding of operations and maintenance environments.,

A proven track record of making responsible decisions regarding operational and personnel matters.,

Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring staff.,

The ability to coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of maintenance procedures.,

Strong leadership skills to manage and direct day-to-day activities effectively.,

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: 80,000 - 136,000
