Purpose of the Job

SPDM is in charge of assessing Suppliers risks and managing associated mitigation plans, related to their capacity to deliver as per Alstom's planning requirements.

Key Responsibilities during Tender/Project Ramp -up phase/series production/project closure:

• Consolidate Vendor Demand Multi-Business / Multi-Site
• Carry out Supply Chain & Capacity audit 
• Define External Vendors Capacity Management
• Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries
• Validate Capacity Self-Declarations
• Coordinate Delivery Crisis Solving
• Collect Monthly KPIs, Review and Monitor Improvement Action Plan.

Key Requirements /Skills/Competencies:

• Tertiary qualification in supply chain, procurement, Industrial Engineer or similar is required.     
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• Knowledge and work experienced in use of SAP, or similar ERP system.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledgeable of ERP material management (master data, purchase orders management, material planning…) or ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR…)
• Relevant experience in a supplier/customer relationship .
