Could you be the full-time Procurement Manager in Dandenong we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive team members.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support our projects and operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and suppliers), negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supplier relationships and performance management, but also contribute to the development of procurement strategies aligned with our business goals.
We’ll look to you for:

Inspire and develop the team to continually strengthen their skills and capabilities

Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet project requirements

Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers

Ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements

Monitoring supplier performance and fostering strong relationships

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement needs
-
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving efficiency in procurement processes

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of procurement processes and supplier management

Knowledge of contract negotiation and cost analysis

Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
