We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to step into the pivotal role of Head of Production. If you are a visionary leader with a proven track record in leading production teams, we want to hear from you!
As the Head of Production, you will lead all aspects of our production operations, ensuring that our Rolling Stock products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation. You will oversee production processes, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
We’ll Look to you For:
- Provide strong, strategic leadership to the production team, inspiring and empowering team members to meet objectives.
- Develop, implement, and optimize production plans to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate closely with union representatives to maintain harmonious relationships and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards across all production activities.
- Drive innovation and foster a culture of excellence within the production department.
All About You:
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams effectively, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
- Union Experience: Exposure to unionized environments, with a solid understanding of collective agreements and labor relations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
