Your future role: 
In this newly created role the successful candidate will be in charge of the development and implementation of the Robotics – Automation onsite. The Robot will support Spot Welding activities  onsite  This is a full time permanent role. 

A bit about your new role:

• Support the Automation & Robotic Leader in new robotic cell integration
• Lead and support development of standards and program structure
• Propose improvement of robotic assets, process optimization
• Responsible to put in operation the robotic cells
• Support maintenance team in troubleshooting
• Definition of technical specification for new installation / new machine functionality
• Carry out the functional analysis of the installation & support integrator in this task
• Ensure all automation safety for automation systems are assessed and in place
• Master robotic programs provided by the suppliers
• Define upgrades on existing equipment (process improvement, mitigation of machine weaknesses, etc …)
• Be able to modify / qualify new robotic programs based on production need (dry runs, offline simulation)
• Support integrators in new project implementation (documentation review, PFMEA, project follow-up,etc…)
• Participate to Design Review for new robotic project installation
• Participate to the machine acceptance test (all functionality tests)
• Be able to adjust machine settings & make cell calibration
• Make simulation of new 3D cell via offline programming
• Define robotic operator training strategy, competency requirement (operator training, basic programming training)
• Training program for Operators (Internal/External)

All about you:

• Experience on implementation of automated and robotic lines on industrial environments
• Experience managing complex projects
• Knowledge of welding and/or surface treatment special processes
