Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your project and contract management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside agile and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving the success of customer projects by managing customer interfaces, optimising revenue streams, and supporting product launches. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Commercial, Bids, and Cross-Disciplinary Functions), analyse contract P&L, and identify and mitigate risks and opportunities, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Management of customer projects and the customer interface (internal and external).
- Organic growth of opportunities on existing contracts (volume, product or VO) to maximise profitability.
- Bid support to the Commercial and Bids Teams.
- Management and analysis of contract P&L,
- Optimisation of revenue streams with Customers.
- Support for product launches.
- Definition of the customer demand profile and schedules.
- Conflict resolution with respect to customer priorities.
- Cash flow management (debt).
- Risk and Opportunities Identification and mitigation.
- Project reporting and representation at Customer

- Degree in Engineering / Project Management discipline or relevant industry experience.
- Experience or understanding of project and contract management.
- Knowledge of rail industry standards, products, and market (preferable).
- Familiarity with customer interface management (internal and external).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and drive others.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Risk and opportunity identification and mitigation skills.
