About the role

The SAP and satellite tools site coordinator is acting in two main areas of expertise at site level :

1.    SAP and satellite tools : 
He/She is guaranteeing the proper usage of the ERP and its Operational satellite tools by bringing his/her expertise and facilitation competencies to the site, as well as being leading the other digitalization /  As such, he is :
- The first point of contact from the management for SAP and its satellite tools matters,
- Supporting the interfaces between the functions and processes interacting in the tools, 
- Animating the Key Users network on the site,  
- Supporting the Key Users in system and overall landscape understanding and mastering,
- Ensuring the interface with central and regional counterparts about system usage and evolution,
- Leads SAP evolutions implementation, tests, issues identification escalation and tackling, resolution tracking,
- Contiuously improving the system usage, solving complex problems cross-departments,
- Monitors and ensures proper system usage through documentation and data quality.

2.    Digitalization :
- He/She is the main point of contact for business-related digitalization initiatives overall in the site at Business level. 

3.    Continuous Improvement at site level :
- As a member of the Governance, Performance, CI and Integration team, he/she contributes to the Lean and Ci programs from the site, through his/her domain of expertise and beyond.

Your Qualifications :
•    Preferably a degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Business & Administration or equivalent;
•    Relevant certifications are a plus;
•    Working experience in Continuous Improvement, Production, Methods, Logistics, Procurement or project management;
•   Profound knowledge of SAP overall from the business usage perspective : transactions, reporting, data management, overall system understanding. Knowledge of the Dassault satellite tools to SAP would be a significant plus;
•    Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management and Lean principles (Problem solving, value Stream mapping, 6 Sigma, Kaizen moderation, KPIs and all other relevant CI tools);
•    Experience in working in a multicultural environment (e.g. working in international teams);
•    Passion for leading change and for continuous improvement;
•    Can demonstrate experience in managing strategic improvement projects;
•    Can demonstrate experience in training and coaching;
•    Deep understanding of the business value chain.
