PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Projects PMO and Transformation specialist is acting as a key role in the organization in order to ensure knowledge, application and support on the Project Management processes and tools within the different project teams in the site. 
He/she trains and supports the local Project Management community about these aspects, monitors and ensures the proper understanding and usage of these within the teams, and supports the Head of Project Management in standardizing ways in the site by establishing and coordinating the local governance (monthly reviews at site/region/group level, project gate reviews, audits…) and reporting.
He/she is also a central player about the transformation of the Project Management function, rolling out and supporting usage of the updated or new processes, tools, reporting. 
Finally, as being part of the overall Governance, Performance / Continuous Improvement and Integration team from the site, he/she actively contributes to the CI programs on the site, within his/her domain of expertise and beyond.
 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
•    Process coordination for the Project Management teams: induction of newcomers, trainings, process update and monitoring, Project Management tools expertise and support to users.
•    Project governance at site level: supporting the Head of Project Management in the governance of projects, supporting the Project Management leads in their own governance and reporting, is actively contributing to the project gate review process preparation, execution and reporting
•    Transformation and integration: learn and brings expertise to the local team about the new/updated processes and tools, deploys them within the team, ensures adherence and support to the PM community.
•    Site Continuous Improvement.

 

QUALIFICATION AND FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGES:
•    Preferably a degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Business & Administration or equivalent.
•    Relevant certifications are a plus.
•    Strong experience and knowledge of Project Management, and overall appetite for digital tools.
•    Working experience in Project management and/or in PMO roles. 
•    Profound knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
•    Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management and Lean principles (Problem solving, value Stream mapping, 6 Sigma, Kaizen moderation, KPIs and all other relevant CI tools).
•    Experience in working in a multicultural environment (e.g. working in international teams).
•    Passion for leading change and for continuous improvement.
•    Deep understanding of the business value chain.
•    French and English are mandatory.
