PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Leading the LSA domain in a given ISR region / cluster or a large LSA domain department
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manages a team consisting of 3 to 10 engineers or technicians, conducting LSA studies and providing LSA deliverables on new build projects
- Consolidates workload forecast for the LSA based on project requirements and manages proper LSA staffing to address project demands
- Leads the LSA team's competency development in accordance with Alstom's requirements and processes
- Manages the induction training program and continuous improvement for the Services Documentation domain (APSYS implementation and periodic updates)
- Defines & implements, in agreement the site ISR Métier manager, the appropriate staffing strategy for LSA (including usage of BCC where appropriated/required by Region)
- Develops processes, templates, and standards for LSA management to meet project QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) commitments.
- Defines & implements LSA KPI dashboards in Line with Product Line Services Platform guidelines.
- Monitors the LSA Métier performance on a given site and drives necessary action plans
- Provides necessary reporting data for the LSA part within the frame of Regions Business Review
- Manages coordination with Product Line Services ISR Function to ensure REX loops and compliancy with applicable processes, standards and best practices
- Promotes the utilization of standard LSA practices compliant with international standards or Alstom Prodcut Line procedures, in conjunction with appropriate methods and tools.
- Drives the Capitalization of REX data to enhance QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) on future projects and upkeeping of ISR Reference Libraries for the LSA part
- Coordinates with other engineering Métiers or Function teams to secure smooth collaboration between parties in order to conduct LSA studies
- Coordinates with site sourcing teams to secure smooth collaboration between parties in order to secure LSA budgets and LCC targets assigned to each project
- Validates LSA efforts and costs for ISR QCD commitments to be provided on new build tenders
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Leading the LSA domain in a given ISR region / cluster or a large LSA domain department
Mandatory
- Experience in LSA - Process, Standards & Tools
- Technical knowledge on maintainability aspects
- Minimum 10 year experience in LSA or another ISR domain & QCD responsibility
- Direct customer interfacing
- English professional skills

Desirable:
- Minimum 5 year experience on engineering management roles (RS, D&IS, System & Infrastructure)
- Project experience in Rolling stock Maintenance or in Signalling / Infrastructure Maintenance engineering roles

- Experience in RAMS
