Could you be the full-time Training Specialist in Copenhaegn we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your training and instructional design expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering state-of-the-art training programs that support Denmark’s ambitious railway transformation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams), develop innovative training solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
You’ll specifically take care of designing, developing, and delivering training courses, but also managing budgets and supporting customer interactions related to training work packages.
We’ll look to you for:

Coordinating training materials and preparing the Training Management Plan

Delivering training elements during tender and project phases in alignment with ISR management plans and QCD

Ensuring integration and compliance with service platform standards and best practices

Promoting innovative training tools (e.g., simulators, e-learning, virtual reality)

Handling training evaluations and capitalizing on lessons learned (REX)

Supporting the Training Manager with customer interface issues

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

Training experience within engineering scope

Experience as a trainer in train operations

Technical knowledge of railway maintainability aspects

Understanding of the main ISR elements applicable to railway equipment (e.g., technical publishing, training)

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage trainees in various learning environments (classroom, digital tools, practical training sessions)

Experience with innovative training tools is a plus
