We are looking for a Specific Application Engineer Railway Signalling for our location in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

Purpose of the role

As a Specific Application Engineer - Railway Signalling you will produce, configure, and test Specific Application data for signalling systems. In this role you will participate and support the setup, configuration and testing of the systems while offering your support to the local team with other technical responsibilities as part of the project execution for Denmark and Norway.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Produce, configure and test Specific Application data for signalling systems.
  • Support setup, configuration and testing of systems.
  • Support installation, test and commissioning in Denmark and Norway.
  • Participate in project execution with a focus on CTC and network configuration.
  • Participate and offer support to the service team.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar field.
  • Relevant experience working with complex systems within a similar industry.
  • Experience with configuration of complex hardware and software systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of Hardware Engineering and Software Adaptation and Configuration are mandatory for the role.
  • Knowledge and experience working with network configuration.
  • Experience working within projects for testing, commissioning and maintenance will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with Visual Studio, AutoCAD, CAD and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of railway industry will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Results driven, flexible and motivated by challenges.
  • English and Danish at a fluent level are mandatory for this role, Norwegian will be considered a plus.
