Could you be the full-time Signaling Installation Supervisor in Copenhagen, Denmark we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside meticulous, supportive, and collaborative teammates.

You'll lead and oversee the installation process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Testing & Commissioning, Quality Management), supervise subcontractor activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of conducting site inspections, managing installation progress, and ensuring all installed systems meet our rigorous standards, but also handle the crucial task of change management.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing and executing installation work, including 4M checklists and material availability checks

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth installation and avoiding equipment damage

  • Supervising installation progress, troubleshooting on-field issues, and managing KPIs

  • Conducting 'As-Built surveys' and ensuring accurate records of installed configurations

  • Performing handovers to the Testing & Commissioning team and managing punch list items

  • Reporting to the Project Installation Manager on field activity progress and escalating concerns

  • Relevant Engineering degree

  • Experience or understanding of trackside installation management and supervision (min. 5 years)

  • Knowledge of Railway Signalling Systems and Signalling Designs

  • Familiarity with subcontractor management

  • A certification in GPS tools for trackside surveys

  • Proficiency in technical drawings review

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
