Could you be the full-time Service Training Manager in Copenhagen, we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Get on-board and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Gregory Dussart, Maintenance Engineering Manager and Martin Sterner, Project Director Maintenance - Copenhagen, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

As Service Training Manager, you are responsible to:

  • Prepare the Training Management Plan
  • Coordinate of Training Material preparation.
  • Manage the training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up)
  • Training Evaluation.
  • Manage delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of Integrated Service Readiness Management Plan and QCD.
  • Manage training team involved in the design of training Materials.
  • Manage Logistic organization and requirement for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment)
  • Manage coordination with other Métier or Function for the design of training Materials (mainly ISR documentation team)
  • Manage coordination with Service Platform to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice
  • Manage training evaluation and capitalize REX.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Promoting usage of standard Training practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
  • Capitalizing data and best practice to improve QCD on future project.
  • Promoting innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / IT train / e-Leaning / Virtual reality)

  • Engineering University Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of Training experience within ISR Engineering scope or Maintenance Organisation.
  • Railways technical knowledge on train and maintenance technical aspects.
  • Fluency in English, Danish is desirable
