Could you be the full-time RAM Engineer in Copenhagen we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your reliability, availability, and maintainability expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-focused teammates.

You'll ensure that our transport solutions are designed for optimal reliability, maintainability, and availability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Design, Operations, and Sourcing), lead RAM assurance activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining RAM strategies, managing RAM deliverables, and making design recommendations based on RAM studies, but also driving activities with subcontractors and suppliers.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading and coordinating RAM activities throughout project lifecycles

  • Defining and managing RAM approaches, budgets, and planning

  • Producing key RAM documentation and reports

  • Conducting detailed RAM analyses, including FMEA and reliability modelling

  • Recommending design improvements and verifying system architecture

  • Supporting teams in integrating products/systems into projects

  • Advanced University or Engineering degree

  • Experience or understanding of RAM methodology and principles

  • Knowledge of system, electrical, electronics, or electromechanical engineering

  • Familiarity with railway signalling is a plus

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset

  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing scenarios

  • Strong organizational skills and a team player attitude
