Alstom is a worldwide supplier of complete railway signaling solutions, currently working on major contracts in Denmark. The Signaling Programme in Denmark involves the renewal of over 500 trains, including passenger, freight and work trains, with the ERTMS technology, as well as, the deployment of the trackside ERTMS level 2 technology on 9 lines over 600km of track in Sjælland and Fyn. The trackside project includes all signalling subsystems from Traffic Management System to Trackside Products.

We are looking for a Project Quality Manager

If you are looking for opportunities and wants to work with great colleagues in succeeding with Alstom Transport Danmarks´ good progress and work towards a better railway, then you are our new Project Quality Manager for our On-Board Project.


We can give you a daily work life with interesting and differentiated work tasks from cutting edge technology within signaling to standard meeting where you have to set a quality direction in alignment with the project manager and the Quality & EHS manager for Denmark to whom you will report directly.


The On-Board project is all about trains and the integration of how the signaling system from track side is received in the trains and additionally finalizing first of class trains as well as integrating maintenance and ad hoc tasks during the product life cycle of all aspects of our Alstom deliverables to our customers.


The responsibility is to assure the project Quality assurance on the project and coordinate all quality activities throughout the project. You will be reporting to the Site Quality Manager and align progress and actions with the Project Manager making certain that the cooperation is running smooth and the project is executed timely.

We are therefore looking for a person with both feet on the ground, being able to smile and deliver a good job in cooperation with stakeholders, close colleagues and management. It is important that you have excellent stakeholder relation capabilities and view positive and productive angles in all situations. We will of course support you in order to make you comfortable in your role. However, we do expect that you can work independent and feel comfortable making decisions. It is an advantage to have experience within railway requirements, but not a requirement.


You will be required to have a few days of travel to Jutland to our workshops. However, it is not required to have a car of your own.
