Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the execution of the Customer project schedule, contributing significantly to our on-time delivery performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Engineering team Installation team, Quality, Safety), organize project schedule sessions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring project progress through updates, lead performance follow-up with proper KPIs, but also capture any external events that could impact timelines.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and maintaining accurate project schedules

Efficiently managing planning deliverables

Facilitating synchronization of internal stakeholders with Project Management team strategy

Applying the Alstom Project Scheduling Process
-
Contributing to the return of experience (REX) and improvement initiatives
-
Sharing best practices and schedule templates

Engineering degree

Senior project management experience (+5 years) with an industrial background

Advanced skills in Primavera P6

Railway experience is an asset

Effective communication skills with internal teams and customers
