Do you want to join a world leader in the railway sector? Alstom Denmark looking for an ambitious Project Manager.

 

 

Denmark has set an ambitious and radical goal to upgrade the totality of its mainline network. Alstom is there to set this ambition to life and has started the deployment of state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signaling technology both on the trackside infrastructure and train fleets. This technology will drastically improve the passenger experience by reducing the number of delays and increasing transport capacity.

 

You will manage the Roll Out line from Kick off meeting to Final Approval in compliance with the contract until customer acceptance with satisfaction and optimal financial result.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead a Project Team, including Core Team and when applicable internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual, including proactive risk and opportunity management.
  • Ensure completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer /Platform satisfaction.
  • Ensure optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews.
  • Ensure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up.
  • Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned toward project/program goals.
  • EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors.
  • Report to senior management the status of the project / program and its KPIs, during the business/sector project reviews.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical/financial field or related field required
  • Good knowledge of railway products and systems
  • Deployment and commissioning experience of rolling stock or similar projects
  • Experience as Project Manager

 

Language Requirement:

 

Excellent in speaking and writing in English.
