Could you be the full-time onsite Project Manager in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll drive the operational success of the On Board project in Denmark, ensuring that all project components seamlessly converge to meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) requirements.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the project team based in Denmark and the solution design team in Belgium), manage work package commitments, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Being the primary contact with customers, partners and Project Manager for project issues,

Driving and making decisions for issues that affect performance at the project level,

Taking overall responsibility for project management processes,
-
Ensuring the QCD commitments exist for all work packages,
-
Managing all work packages convergence as an integrated whole to meet QCD requirements,
-
Managing at the project level all Project Reviews and Gate reviews, including organization and reporting,
-
Identifying, resolving, and managing all variation orders and internal change impact,
-
Defining, committing, and implementing the project railway safety policy and planning and obtaining railway approval,
-
Ensuring that EHS Alstom requirements are always fulfilled and that EHS is properly integrated

Degree in Engineering at least at the Bachelor level,

Experience or understanding of project management on control centre or similar system/software delivery projects,

Knowledge of V cycle, rolling stock and its subsystems,

Familiarity with deployment and commissioning in Signalling Projects,
-
A PMP degree or equivalent certification,
-
Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing in English,
-
Proven ability to negotiate with clients and manage program control,
-
Skilled in physical progress measurement and project management processes,
-
Capacity to drive decisions for issues affecting project performance
