Could you be the Project Industrialization Engineer in Copenhagen we are looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in the sustainable mobility field of trains! You will work alongside a team of industrial engineers and technicians to ensure the best possible maintenance delivery for the new IC5 trains.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the various functions such as the production team, engineering, quality, supply chain, and the customer to make sure we perform our work in most efficient, safe, ergonomic, and sustainable ways and with clear instructions.
We will look to you for:
• Lead the industrialization of technical documentation, applying lean production principles to optimize flows through standard operating procedures definition
• Define and manage production means and tools for project execution activities.
• Implement and lead the Project Make or Buy strategy for all deliverables.
• Define and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special Processes
• Deliver the Industrial Planning milestones according to DFQ (Design for Quality)
• Understand and support the implementation of APSYS subjects related to Industrial Roadmap
• Develop industrial expertise in their scope, according to method, processes, and tools, capitalize and manage REX to improve and share industrial standards across Alstom

• We look for you who are in the beginning of your career following your university engineering degree, or you who have many years of experience. Independent of where you are in your career, we are flexible and can find a place for both inexperienced and experienced people.
• Experience or understanding of the railway industry or other transportation/travel industries.
• Define, order and manage production means and tools for project execution activities.
• Knowledge of technical experience of industrial engineering: writing, and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing and work sequencing.
• Familiarity with industrial data management in asset management systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong initiative-taking and drive to get people to collaborate to achieve a common goal.
• Good autonomy and ability to retrieve information.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills.
• Procurement process knowledge is appreciated.
• Fluent in Danish and English
You will be based in our depot in Copenhagen. Travel to other locations occurs.
