Could you be the full-time Project Hardware Design Leader in Denmark we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive hardware design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll be the technical representative in front of customers and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of our state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, System Product team, Hardware Design Manager and T&C Manager), manage technical scopes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing Design Reviews with customers, managing the Hardware Design technical scope, and ensuring the integration and performance of Alstom solutions within the project.
We’ll look to you for:

Representing Hardware Design in customer and stakeholder interactions

Managing technical communications and customer acceptances
-
Coordinating with the Roll-Out core team for solution integration
-
Managing and mitigating project technical risks
-
Ensuring adherence to engineering processes and quality standards
-
Contributing to claims and variation orders

Degree in Software, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent

Experience or understanding of Hardware Design in the Electro-Mechanical domain

Knowledge of urban/railway systems and hardware integration activities

Familiarity with project management and engineering processes
-
Proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to foster teamwork and manage conflicts of ideas

Strong coordination and decision-making skills
