Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including administration, facilities, and external service providers), manage the access control system, and coordinate office-related activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of being the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders, but also handle essential administrative tasks to support our teams.
We’ll look to you for:

Serving as a receptionist and first point of contact for internal and external contacts, providing general office support

Preparing for meetings to ensure seamless execution
-
Managing the access control system, including ID badges and tokens
-
Communicating routine and general information to employees and contractors about services, processes, and procedures (e.g., lunch, breakfast, cars, parking, etc.)

Acting as the primary contact for lunch providers and managing related changes
-
Assisting with routine travel arrangements
-
Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies
-
Updating and maintaining mailing lists
-
Coordinating with facility partners and arranging repairs as needed
-
Performing data entry tasks (e.g., education and training records)

Providing ad hoc support, including organizing on-site and off-site team events
