Your future role
Could you be the full-time Maintenance System Analyst we are looking for in Copenhagen?
Denmark has set an ambitious goal to upgrade its entire mainline railway network with state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology. Alstom is helping to turn this ambition to reality and has started deploying the new signalling technology. This technology is stable and secure, and it will drastically improve the passenger experience by reducing the number of delays and increasing transport capacity.
As a member of Maintenance Team you will apply your skills to this complex and ambitious project. You will work alongside a team of innovative and dedicated professionals to carry out the activities aimed at ensuring that the system is safe, reliable and ready for use.
You will be part of a team based at Alstom office in Hvidovre and at Traffic Control Centre in a customer premises near Dybbølsbro train station covering a 24 hours/days service desk.
The job will be done during the normal working hours, but the availability to work in shifts (24 hours/days) for limited scheduled periods is required.

You will:
- Monitor the diagnostic system which is receiving information on the health status of Alstom Trackside Signalling System.
- Support Signalling Attendants in case of complex troubleshooting analysis.
- Investigate new faults for which the root cause is unknown collecting all necessary information and log performing the related analysis.
- Be the main interface toward design department in order to identify a mitigation strategy till the complete resolution of recurrent issues.
- Manage and update the maintenance knowledge database to improve troubleshooting, repair actions and procedures.
- Define relevant KPI in collaboration with Defect Manager and implement monthly monitoring of maintenance performances.
- Identify all necessary improvements of maintenance tool/ processes used by the Maintenance Attendant Team.
- Support periodical tickets review to ensure the achievement of quality standards.
- Support Defect Manager to share periodically the return of experience with the entire maintenance team.
- Identify and provide, in collaboration with Training Manager, technical trainings to the Maintenance Attendant Team to cover knowledge gap.
- Acquire and keep up to date the necessary skills to carry out the role of Maintenance Attendant in order to replace one of the team members in case of need (unexpected absences, emergencies, monitoring campaigns).
- Provide technical support to the Training Room located at Traffic Control Centre near Dybbølsbro.

- Technical degree in electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent experience in a function in an industrial environment
- Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long technical interventions in different locations
- Available to work in night shifts as well as during weekends and public holidays
- Rigorous & team player
- Problem solving skills
- Good oral and written English skills. Proficiency in Danish is a real plus
- Driving license
Previous railway or signalling experience (specially TMS system) is a real plus.
