Could you be our future Documentation intern in Copenhagen we’re looking for?

The internship has a flexible schedule (starting from at least 1 day/week at the office) and will take 6 months to complete.


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Global Planning & Operational Support Manager, and work alongside supportive and motivated teammates.

You'll work with documentation management within our project organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the Project Core team and focus on documentation lifecycle.


We’ll look to you for:

  • Control contractual documentation according to customer requirements.
  • Make sure internal validation of Project/Program documents is done before submission to Customer.
  • Prepare and records documents submission to Customer/Partners.
  • Send documentation according to internal and external distribution list.
  • Follow Customer and stakeholder’s documentation status.
  • Create and update the document contractual templates according to contractual requirements.
  • Create and update the document internal templates.


All about you

  • Currently studying OR graduated (Bachelor or Master level).
  • Experience in working with Excel and Sharepoints.
  • Attention to details and being a team player.
  • Fluency in Danish is an advantage.
