Could you be the full-time Head of Installation in Denmark we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, driven, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the deployment of our Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling strategy across the Denmark region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Bid Management, Engineering, and EHS teams), manage installation resources, and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.

You’ll specifically take care of resource planning, training, and compliance with EHS policies, but also foster collaboration across regional and global teams to share best practices and ensure alignment.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Planning, developing, and managing installation resources, including recruitment, training, and competence assessments

  • Defining and communicating the appointment of installation resources for project and bid execution

  • Ensuring the deployment of D&IS Installation processes and providing inputs for continuous improvement

  • Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Driving EHS compliance through site inspections and assessments

  • Leading the development and improvement of the worldwide Reference Library for installation solutions

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Engineer degree level or equivalent education or experience

  • Experience in railway site management

  • Strong knowledge of cost and planning in site management scope

  • Experience in EHS on-site coordination

  • Understanding of process management

  • Certification in railway safety or site EHS management (desirable)

  • Master’s degree in project management (desirable)

  • Knowledge of railway products and services across market segments (desirable)

  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

  • Decision-making and problem-solving ability

  • Innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
