HR Business Partner - Denmark

 

Do you want to join a world leader in the railway sector? Alstom Denmark is looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner.

 

Denmark has set an ambitious and radical goal to upgrade the totality of its mainline network. Alstom is there to set this ambition to life and has started the deployment of state-of-the-art ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology both on the trackside infrastructure and train fleets. This technology will drastically improve the passenger experience by reducing the number of delays and increasing transport capacity.  We are growing our organisation in Denmark, come and be part of our journey!

 

As an HRBP you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by deploying, developing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Delivering key HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of working parties to facilitate the delivery of HR policies, projects and initiatives.
  • Analysing and reporting HR information to support benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions.
  • Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
  • Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
  • Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labour, social and employment legislation
  • Experience dealing with employee representatives.
  • International exposure or experience
  • Experience of working within HR/People capacity in Denmark, and good knowledge of Danish employment legislation are Essential.
  • Fluent in Danish and English is Essential.
