Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Planning, Warehouse, EHS, Engineering, and Industrialization), build a strong team culture, and drive the ramp-up plan toward full 24/7 operations by 2027.

You’ll specifically take care of leading team leaders and technicians, but also ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading and managing daily maintenance activities on-site
  • Ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time execution of all maintenance work
  • Delivering on the site ramp-up plan toward 24/7 operations
  • Implementing and stabilizing processes, ways of working, and shift structures
  • Coaching and supporting team leaders in performance management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and to make sure that all requirements in terms of training, safety, EHS, ethics and compliance, special processes, quality alerts, etc are applied.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Leadership experience within railway, production, or maintenance environments
  • Experience working in operational or shop floor-focused roles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean practices and continuous improvements
  • Experience with shift-based or 24/7 environments is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Structured and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Speaking and Understanding Danish and English

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
  • Work with modern train technology in a state-of-the-art workshop
  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
  • Contribute to innovative projects and build a safety-focused environment
  • Utilise our hands-on and collaborative working environment
  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
