Could you be the full-time Project Material Manager in Copenhagen we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your end-to-end accountability expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, collaborative, and strategic-thinking teammates.

You'll be the go-to person for maintaining momentum within the team, ensuring all project materials, whether purchased or manufactured, standard or project-specific, are handled with utmost efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll manage different work packages, enable those around you to excel, liaise with cross-functional teams (Project Industrial Management, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Procurement), and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating, consolidating, and securing QCD commitments within the Material Scope, but also supervising the industrial operations related to procurement, manufacturing, testing, logistics, and shipment.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Getting QCD commitment as built at tender phase

  • Ensuring timely availability of input data for QCD commitments

  • Defining industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy

  • Coordinating and supervising Industrial Operations tasks

  • Managing the Material EAC/TAC and supporting project closure

  • Having a general vision of the project's progress and managing potential issues

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain

  • Experience of at least 3 years in project management roles

  • Consolidated knowledge and experience in Supply Chain

  • Professional knowledge of English

  • Basic knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems)

  • Good knowledge of office automation suite (Excel, Outlook)

  • Teamworking attitude and ability to collaborate with diverse departments
