Purpose of the Role 

This role will lead strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence within various functions. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and adaptability to dynamic environments—qualities that align well with the experience and discipline of veterans. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organisational standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Implement process improvements and risk management strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and resilience.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in [Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Project Management].
• Familiarity with structured processes and compliance frameworks.
• Defence background with exposure to technical and  leadership roles.
