Could you be the full-time Trainee in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your assembly and testing expertise in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. You’ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.

You'll contribute to ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and products that meet company standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as supply chain, sourcing, industrialization, and quality control), escalate technical constraints to team leaders or EPU managers, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of assembling and testing products, but also improving shop floor standards and ensuring timely delivery.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Self-managing SQCD targets in Daily Work Management (DWM) – APSYS board

  • Maintaining on-time delivery (OTD) as per PDP targets

  • Improving and sustaining 5S standards on the shop floor

  • Escalating technical constraints to team leaders or EPU managers for solutions

  • Handling company property, such as tools, jigs, fixtures, and dongle keys, with care

  • Maintaining discipline and punctuality on the shop floor

  • Respecting Work Package (WP) hours and supporting team leaders or EPU managers in process improvements

  • Adhering to documents and procedures to ensure quality in processes

  • Improving product quality and reducing costs

  • Following safety procedures and norms in the factory and at workstations

  • Participating in training programs and organizational development activities

  • Proposing suggestions for SQCD improvements through creative thinking

  • Minimum qualification: DECE / DEEE / DME

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic equipment and safety conditions

  • Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards

  • Knowledge of product and manufacturing processes
