- Education: Engineering degree.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in industrial quality inspection / in-process quality from assembly-related manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools – QRQC, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible to work in shift pattern.
Your future role
- Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and detail-oriented teammates.
- You'll ensure product quality compliance with both customer and internal specifications. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing, engineering, customer service), perform inspections, and much more.
- You’ll specifically take care of qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection, managing workstation dynamic checklists, and ensuring the availability and compliance of the Car History Book before shipping.
We’ll look to you for:
- Performing product inspections and participating in customer inspections
- Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection
- Managing workstation dynamic checklists (self-inspection & workstation inspection)
- Conducting workstation audits and follow-ups
- Managing internal NCRs and supporting the NCR team with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)
- Ensuring compliance with APSYS requirements for industrial quality
