Could you be the full-time Production Manager in Coimbatore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Electrical/Mechanical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll lead our production efforts ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), drive continuous improvement initiatives and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of capacity and workload management, tools management, and first yield pass at testing and final quality control, but also manage the production teams and represent site management.
We’ll look to you for:

Enforcing safety rules and maintaining production means in good working order

Managing production teams and monitoring daily activities
-
Delivering production in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets
-
Defining and driving the implementation of operational and managerial improvement plans
-
Developing autonomous production teams and fostering multi-skilled efficiency
-
Managing department KPIs and implementing APSYS within the manufacturing domain

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience or understanding of lean manufacturing and the basics in Supply Chain

Knowledge of production systems

Data-driven decision-making and a results-oriented mindset
