Could you be the full-time Production Manager in Coimbatore we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.

You'll drive operational excellence and enhance team performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), optimize production processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of capacity and workload management, productivity improvement, and tools management, but also ensure first yield pass at testing and final quality control.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Enforcing safety and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards

  • Managing production teams and daily activities

  • Delivering production aligned with quality, cost, and delivery targets

  • Defining and implementing operational and managerial improvement plans

  • Developing autonomous production teams and multi-skilled efficiency

  • Representing site management and maintaining effective communication


All about you

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant area

  • Knowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing) and basics in supply chain management

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and performance systems

  • Strong summarization and critical thinking skills

  • Proven ability in multi-cultural team management and cross-functional teamwork

  • Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
