    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • In charge of the effective implémentation of changes at key stages of Projects.

  • Coordinate Métiers to implement the changes in anticipation mode for the first products (FOP) and secure “Out of Sequence” implementation of changes as per project’s strategies (baselines, batchs…)

  • Coordinate Métiers to prepare and execute changes for retrofits

  • Ensure the build configuration of the FG’s.
     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Check that validation steps are reached, impacts are collected (method time, workstation, parts identified, safety related, flag interim solutions…), deliverables are produced

  • Leads the stakeholders to engage on deliverables and to define recovery plans when commitments are not respected

  • Participate to the definition of temporary solutions if needed and record related implementation ranks

  • Maintain the change register / database for the project in relation with the PrCCM

  • Check that Work Orders are prepared, the quality of information in the system

  • Manage parts availability

  • Collect continuous confirmation of the physical implementation of changes (both internal and external)

  • Issue regular KPIs

 

For “anticipation” and “out of séquence”:

  • Participate to the Project CCB, link and synchronize changes in nominal mode and changes in anticipation / Out of Sequence

  • Organize and animate the Change execution meetings, trace decisions in minutes of meeting

  • Participate to the daily check point meeting to capture new topics

  • Define and confirm the anticipated application rank

  • Ensure a status on applicable and applied configuration is continuously maintained

  • Check parts for changes are segregated, available and visible for Supply-chain and Production activities

  • Be informed of changes in anticipation / Out of Sequence made by sub-systems or Compo Units

 

For “Retrofit”:

  • Freeze perimeter of the batch with the project

  • Collect applicable configuration

  • Gather change data from the change information system, pull missing data

  • Anticipate critical items and alert when appropriate

  • Participate to the optimization of the sequence of work of changes to be implemented to secure a maximum of changes in relation with the priorities of the project and the possible working time slots.

  • Obtain confirmation of the readiness to implement the changes into the products

 

    Qualifications & Skills:

 

    EDUCATION

  • BE (Mechanical / Auto / Electronics / Electrical Engineering) with 2-4 years experience
     

    BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Analytical Skills

  • Good knowledge in working Excel 

  • Negotiation skills

  • Follow-up skills

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 

  • Graduate engineer

  • Project management background level depending on the complexity of the Project

  • Knowledge of railway products, systems and components

  • Knowledge of the different information systems of the digital chain

  • Ability to communicate with reactivity with all actors involved in a context of priorities management Systematic, rigorous and organised
