  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with Project Management experience from Automotive or Railway industries.
  • Analytical skills with good knowledge of working in Excel.
  • Negotiation skills and strong follow-up abilities.
  • Project management background appropriate to project complexity.
  • Knowledge of railway products, systems, and components.
  • Familiarity with digital chain information systems.

 

Your future role

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and change coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
  • You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation of changes at key stages of projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Industrial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, PrXM’s, and Quality, as well as limited interaction with external suppliers. You’ll coordinate métiers to implement changes in anticipation mode for first products (FOP), secure "Out of Sequence" implementation of changes, and prepare and execute retrofits.
  • You’ll specifically take care of maintaining configuration accuracy and ensuring all changes are effectively managed and executed, but also regularly track and report KPIs to keep stakeholders informed.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring validation steps are achieved and impacts are collected (e.g., method time, workstation, parts identification, safety-related aspects).
  • Leading stakeholders to deliver on commitments and defining recovery plans when necessary.
  • Maintaining the change register/database in collaboration with the PrCCM.
  • Managing parts availability and ensuring quality information in work orders.
  • Coordinating changes in anticipation and out-of-sequence modes, including organizing and animating change execution meetings.
  • Preparing and executing retrofits, including freezing batch perimeters and optimizing the sequence of work for changes.
