Order to Cash Team Leader



Your role:


You will be responsible for ensuring the effective performance of the Accounts Receivable, Cash Management & Payments processes within the legal entities / region assigned, while leading the performance of people and teamwork within the team.



Your Challenges:


Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Manage individual performance and people development through PMP process;
  • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction;
  • Promote team work within and amongst teams and across functions;
  • Assess team training needs and encourage compliance with mandatory trainings for each level as part of the employee development program.


Management of Business Partner Relationship

  • Exercise business partnership by supporting decision-making through proactive delivery of value adding information and knowledge;
  • Act as Business Partner to the Head of Accounting, Head of Finance, to other Local A&R counterparts and to other SSC Team Leads;
  • Participate in various calls with stakeholders and with other business partners.


Operational Performance Management

  • Ensure Service & Quality Delivery (according to SLA and OLA commitments);
  • Lead Continuous Improvements (ex: Promote LEAN / AES methodology / continuous improvement activities).


Other activities

  • Ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures;
  • Perform administrative functions (ex: ensure proper onboarding facilitator process and succession plan are in place within the team).




Your Qualifications


  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Economic field;
  • Foreign Languages: English – at a proficient level; any other European language would be an advantage;
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Accounting, of which, at least 2 years should be in Accounts Receivable and Cash Management;
  • Solid accounting knowledge;
  • Experience in management of people as well as operational responsibilities;
  • Experience in account justification to ensure integrity of financial statements;
  • Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus;
  • PC literate (MS-office tools).
