Could you be the full-time Work Package Controlling Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply on what will become your continuously developing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You will prepare the required financial information/reporting about the project /site based on the FPM and Site Controllers requests and ensures a smooth and timeline invoicing/recharge process.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing statistical reporting on order intake and sales figures for internal and external customers, ensuring values are declared to the DE Statistical Institute each month;
  • Preparing invoice documentation and issuing invoices;
  • Managing the recharge process and expat invoicing;
  • Preparing actual reports for various projects to support the Project Controller;
  • Extracting and consolidating receivables reports for various contracts in scope;
  • Handling master data queries related to site and project;
  • Managing Hub Charges activities;
  • Handling cost transfer requests between sites;
  • Creating project structures in the system based on FPM instructions;
  • Preparing bids reporting for reclass and bids reporting for various projects;
  • Preparing expense summary reports at site level;
  • Consolidating overtime reports per cost center at site level;
  • Performing monthly analysis on the rebooking of costs to Services/ROS;
  • Preparing non-conformity cost reports;
  • Managing accruals in the system and workflow tool as per site controlling instructions;
  • Checking purchase order accuracy for various contracts as per FPM request;
  • Supporting audits;
  • Handling ad hoc requests.

 

All about you

  • Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related);
  • 3-4 years experience in Finance/ Accounting processes and systems;
  • Good level of Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong general business understanding and experience in complex multi-national organization;
  • Communication & Teamwork inside and outside GFC;
  • Strong time management and organizational ability;
  • Good stress management during critical times;
  • Attention to Detail / Task Oriented Mindset;
  • Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus;
  • Another European language would be a plus;
  • Tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI, Teranga, Qlikview, Polaris, Power Automate, Power Query).
