Your future role
Take on a new challenge and develop your recruitment expertise in an international, demanding and fast-evolving environment. Join our Talent Acquisition Hub based in Cluj and actively contribute to the recruitment of managerial and technical profiles for the France & Benelux region, focusing on key roles in industry, supply chain and quality. You will also be involved in cross-functional recruitment projects supporting Alstom’s performance and attractiveness.
Your responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze hiring needs with managers across France and Benelux
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for managerial and technical roles in industrial, supply chain and quality functions, within a challenging environment
- Define and implement targeted and innovative sourcing strategies (headhunting, LinkedIn, specialized networks, etc.)
- Identify, approach and assess candidates in competitive and sometimes talent-scarce markets
- Conduct screening interviews (phone/video) and support hiring managers in decision-making
- Ensure proper candidate follow-up and build strong talent pipelines
- Contribute to transversal recruitment projects at France & Benelux level (process improvement, tools, employer branding, sourcing strategies…)
- Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment practices in an international setup
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and business stakeholders
Your profile

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience or strong interest in recruiting technical / industrial profiles
- Ability to manage complex and high value-added recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with digital recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent in French and English
