Could you be the full-time Learning Coordinator in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your coordination and organizational expertise in a dynamic, global environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and supportive teammates.
You'll help ensure the seamless deployment of training programs across Alstom sites globally, making a tangible impact on employee development and business success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Site HR contacts, trainers, and finance teams), coordinate training logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of our Learning Management System, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing training schedules and requests, but also support participants, trainers, and HR stakeholders throughout the process.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring the deployment of the training plan by managing requests from Site HR contacts

Coordinating with local HR stakeholders to organize training logistics

Creating and managing items/sessions in our Learning Management System (“iLearn”)

Handling participant invitations, enrollments, and follow-ups

Managing training proofs, such as attendance sheets and certificates, and ensuring timely system updates

Ensuring timely payment to training suppliers and following up on outstanding invoices

Providing training and support to local HR stakeholders on learning processes

Acting as the go-to expert for training administration-related queries

Coordinating venues, materials, and technical infrastructure for training sessions

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration)

2-3 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., Customer Support, Human Resources, Finance)

Previous experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a global environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to unexpected or urgent requirements

Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF) and familiarity with tools like Qlicksense
-
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; ability to foster open dialogue

Fluency in French is mandatory
